272 selected white SMD LEDs, 5600 Kelvin, CRI: 96. Emitted light has absolutely no IR and UV content, is flicker free without residual ripple. Light can be dimmed in 1 %-steps from 10 % up to 100 %. Illuminated info screen.

The integrated thermo-management ensures that the adjusted brightness as well as the color temperature always remain constant, regardless of the room and unit temperature and thus absolutely reproducible results can be achieved. Without thermo-management, both brightness and color temperature would change slightly as the temperature changes. For example, when the LEDs heat up during operation (because light-emitting diodes convert a part of the input energy into heat, just like other light sources) or because the ambient temperature is normally not always constant. This thermo-management includes both sensor-controlled temperature monitoring with dynamic compensation control and elaborate passive cooling via LED board and aluminum housing.

Memory function: The lighting unit starts with the brightness that was set before the last switch-off.

Lamp housing made of sturdy anodized aluminum section, can be swiveled, shifted and adjusted in height. Detachable soft screen. Vertical arm tiltable with detent joint. Mounted with strong cast aluminum clamp base, clamp width up to 55 mm (2.2 in.). Comes with mains adapter.
